About the series
Steve Austin's Broken Skull Challenge is an American competition reality television series that originally debuted on July 6th, 2014 on Country Music Television. The show is produced by 51 Minds Entertainment, presented by the former WWE wrestler Steve Austin and executive produced by Christian Sarabia, Rabih Gholam, Steve Austin, Jack Heller and Vince Cariati. The latest fifth season kicked off on September 26th, 2017 with brand new episodes.
Each episode of the series portrays a group of eight same-sex contestants competing in a number of strenuous physical challenges. Contestants usually have athletic backgrounds and/or participated in other obstacle course competitions. Steve Austin's Broken Skull Challenge is held at “Broken Skull Ranch”, not the actual one in Texas owned by Steve Austin, but an area near LA that is used to represent it. The challenges are undertaken in a head-to-head competition, and the contestants are eliminated in each round. The last one standing has to pass another tough obstacle course and has a chance to win upwards of $10 000.

This is a last true competition event, with all others being fixed these days.
Including(!) boxing and mma!, and this is coming from a boxing coach and trainer!
For once, do something for the viewers and real competitors... ressurect "Broken Skull Ranch"!!!!!
